Mtx has a long story that proves how difficult was coming to this point for this brand. This brand started its journey in 1979. Well the brand started the journey in 1979. However it was founded before then. That time it was called merctecs and was a radio and television mechanics shop. In 1977 Loyd Ivey, the owner of American Acoustic Labs Bought it and named MTX under the parent company of Ivey “Mitek”. That was the starting of this brand. Then with the flow of time it started making some great subwoofers and got engagements and publicity. Afterwards slowly its now in the position of the top 5 brands in the market.
Pros:
The first thing I have to tell is it's a very affordable subwoofer. This one is the best one when budget is the fact. It's a 10 inch shallow mount subwoofer. So it will fit in a short amount of space. So if you have a problem of space in your car then you should have this on your car. It's great materials will also amaze you and it can surely have a long lifetime. Its cone is made of polypropylene so you will get a very deep and clear bass. It also has an oversized surrounding that has a big surface and able to make a more deep bass. It has some problems too. Let's have a look at them.

Its a expensive subwoofer series.
